About the Camp

A Teaching Camp
Jump ShotThe camp is a teaching camp where the fundamentals of basketball are taught including ball handling, passing, shooting, offensive moves, as well as the more sophisticated aspects of the game including team defense and team offensive. These fundamentals are taught daily in “teaching stations” where an experienced staff of basketball coaches demonstrate and oversee the progress of each individual camper.

A Playing Camp
Each camper will play in an official game every day of camp. These games will be coached by an experienced staff who will teach the fundamentals of basketball in a live atmosphere.

A Lecture Camp
The camp will feature lectures presented by knowledgeable coaches and players. These seminars will address the fundamentals of the game, workout strategies and techniques, as well as examining how the game of basketball fits into the bigger scheme of life.

A Fun Camp
Besides the many full court games the campers will play, the camp will feature foul shooting, one-on-one, and knock-out contests where prizes will be awarded.
